Hors D’Oeuvres

Remember……. selections need to be plentifully presented and continuously passed or replenished so length of time is an important factor in pricing.

Your choice of four from menu, web site or personal preference -

$16.00 per person/per hour of continuous butlering – $12.00 for 40 minutes

Each additional selection added will be priced accordingly – as will higher priced seafood & meat selections

Stationary selections: Crudités, table of cheeses, raw bar, antipastos, mezes, etc.

$8.00 per person for a selection of two cheeses with apples, breads and crackers with a maple dijon.$10.00 pperson with crudités.

Additional selections of cheeses, fruits and options are priced accordingly to the variety and size of event – options are endless!

 

First Course / Appetizers

Plated – We include artisan local breads for the table served with plain and flavorful compound butters

From salads to pasta or seafood – the possibilities are endless

$5.00 – $12.00 per person

Main Course Plated, Buffets, Stations and Family Style Options

Roasted meats and grilled seafood, with vegetarian options, all prepared with complementary side dishes and  vibrant sauces, compotes, condiments and salsas

Dishes are created with a seasonal global flair and thoughtfully prepared with local ingredients whenever possible.  Local and organic meats will incur an additional per person charge.

From elemental to orchestrated – whether plated, buffet, family style or multi-stationed – we seek to complement your vision, wishes and budget.

$15.00 per person minimum for luncheon buffets

$15.00 per person and up per person/per station; Themed: Asian, Mexican, Spanish, etc. or crepe, carving, pasta, etc.

$22.00 per person minimum for dinner buffets/$27.00 for 2 main course selections – this pricing includes your breads, butter and farmers salad if not serving them as a plated 1st course.

$25.00 per person minimum for main course plated service/$40.00 for 3 courses

$30.00 per person minimum for family style service


Desserts

Wedding cakes, pies, pastries,dessert bars and any confection one can imagine!

Fresh fruit baskets, brochettes and displays

$6.00 – $15.00 and up per person

Coffee and Tea service

$2.00 per adult for buffets/$2.50 if table service

$400 minimum for pick-up or drop-off orders please.

Events are sometimes given minimum pricing requests or guest count assurances. Multiple site checks or changes in venue will incur a travel fee.


Simple Banquet Package

Tastings – We’ll be happy to provide you with a selection of menu items to try for $25.00 per person at our location/ $30 if traveling to a different site . $50.00 minimum.
