STAFFING FEES
For lunches, cocktail parties and simpler menu events – $15 – 20.00 per hour / per waitperson – $40.00 for head chef / $25.00 for sous chef
Plated dinners, 3 to 4 course affairs and weddings – $25.00 per hour / per waitperson $40.00 for head chef / $30.00 for sous chef
Loading, travel, party time and clean-up/ break down as well as payroll taxes are calculated in your estimated staffing fees.
